ABC 2310, 2325
The ABC domestic shortwave service can be heard from about 1000-UTC to
local sunrise (USA-east) on 2310 and 2325. Signal strength is weak but readable. It may require a low RF noise environment to hear them. These frequencies are from Alice Springs and Tenant Creek (Australia) respectively. They are the first two entries in the 2007 'Passport' Blue Pages. The programing is not the same as the overseas service of Radio Australia. |

I can easily hear the carrier squeal from these two on SSB, but my noise level on those frequencies is near top rung, and that, as they say, is that. Bruce Jensen |
