I'm not saying that you are wrong and I would be really happy if the
Republicans put all their millions in to trying to influence American
voters (they sure as hell won't fool the rest of the world)
via Usenet. But let's be realistic here what idiot would be
influenced by the political junk we see in this group and, by
inference, on the rest of Usenet. The right wing rubbish I see here
makes me ashamed of the slightest intolerant thought that I have ever
had.

There are normal people that mostly make on topic posts and
occasionally make off topic political posts. Those posts might be worth
paying attention to if you care.

Then there are the whack jobs that post off topic all the time. Those
you can ignore due to the incoherent content.

Don't confuse intolerance with discernment and shame is an emotion far
apart from logical thought.
