Is the RCI/CBC having prolems?
At 14:30UTC I had nothing on 9.515, 13.655 or 17.800.
No mention of trouble on their web page.

Thanks for the link.
TCI/CBC hasn't changed from the above three freqs in at least 4 years.
Bummer about the only normal, non utility, broadcasts I listen to are
Vinyl Cafe and the CBC Science show.
