Anyone know what is up with the voice of korea (north korea) website?

I checked it out tonight to see if I could find some frequency info,
and got this page:

Yeah. It is difficult to understand. I have been switching between
6285 and 9325 (Im in San Francisco).

My guess is that someone just hacked their site. At first I thought
that'd be pretty funny, but then it occurred to me that some aspects of
it might not be so funny. The people in power over there are so crazy
that something like this could get a whole lot of people killed. Let's
put it this way: I'd hate to be VOK's webmaster this morning....
