input and output, lots of ferrite beads and silicone, looks nice.

Yep, I think you're right there Bart. Big relays tho so probably for
send and receive. My first thought after seeing all those beads was
that it was a rosary chain for praying, but I don't think they come in
shiny cases.

I'd have faith in it.


This is not a good design. You need to isolate the relay control wiring
from the RF transmission lines. Because they are in the same space is
why the control wiring has all the ferrite on them. Mr. Smith would have
used opto-isolators here. Ha ha.
