Say hello to Saddam while your down there.
And regards to Pol Pot, Idi Amin and Pinochet, too.

Idi Amin - now *there* was a ruler who knew how to party!

I have an old (as in 1978) programme schedule for the External Service
of the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (back when they broadcast to
North America) which features a photo and message from "His Excellency
Al Hadji Field Marshall Dr. Idi Amin Dada V.C., D.S.O., MC. President of
the Republic of Uganda". I'm glad that I kept the programme schedule!

Cool! That's quite a piece of history!

Does it also feature a photo of Idi barbecueing his opponent's left
ribcage on a spit?

Lol! It's not quite a BBQ scene but does have the good dictator speaking
into a microphone with his right hand raised up above his head and an
"appreciative" crowd in the background. The excerpt from the speech
makes for interesting reading.
