Portable with VHF for tracking RFI
 

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive portable that includes the aircraft
band? It doesn't need to perform particularly well, I just want to narrow
down some powerline noise that I've only been able to trace to a general
area.

I use an older Pro34 that I bought for about $25 at a hamfeast.
Any older programable scanner with air band will work fine.
