Hmmmm... interesting. I think he's using 9985 possibly at that time which is a WWCR
transmitter, but that doesn't explain 21510. Now I know that ICOM as some strange IF
freqs, but...

Ill have to try 9.985 the next time i come a cross this. The signal
was grate here
no fading.
what do you mean by IF ? (intermediate frequency???)
