That said, I see there's room for improvement on both sides, agreed?.

Skinny twin sister (not my twin sister) next door isn't gong to get that
dog pen built today,or at least two weeks from now either.About forty
five minutes ago,she cranked up her pickup truck,heading for the
Coast.She has to pick up on a Helicopter and be at work on that off
