FWIW - Try buying a Bottle of Beer in the State of California
with the words "CA Cash Refund" Printed on it. -You Can't-
?WHY? cause the State of California requires the words
"CA Cash Refund" to be in All Capital Letters
"CA CASH REFUND" -but- the Beer in-side the Bottle
is just the same.
