![]() "Ron Baker, Pluralitas!" wrote in message ... "Steve" wrote in message oups.com... I downloaded PC-ALE a few days ago and have been experimenting with it. Monitoring ALE is quite a unique activity and I think it requires a special temperament. I'm not sure if my temperament is the right one, but that's what I'm trying to figure out. Are there any readers out there who are old hands at ALE monitoring who care to comment on what you find most satisfying/interesting about it? Also, any advice for someone, like me, who's just beginning to get involved? Thanks, Steve Can't say I've received much ALE. I have about 15 frequencies saved where ALE has been reported but it doesn't seem very common. Maybe I'm not listening to the right frequencies at the right times. Just heard some at 15043 kHz, USB, s3 maybe, southern California. But it still seems sparse. -- rb |
