I haven't had time to read this all yet (I guess I'll get around to it,
probably by the end of March next year). However, one thing which I don't
see mentioned is that the lower the temperature, the less the loss of the
coax will be. This is an additional bonus. With long cable runs, low
temperatures could be a genuine advantage.
