"Gee whiz" is right. The ghost of James Clerk Maxwell is rolling in his grave.

IMHO, it would have to operate as an Industrial/Scientific/Medical apparatus
(in the US, under Part 18). Frequencies would then be
6.78 MHz +/- 15 kHz
13.56 MHz +/- 7 kHz
27.12 MHz +/- 163 kHz 10-4 good buddy.
