About two decades ago, then 73 Magazine editor Wayne Green, W2NSD,
coined the phrase "Use it or loose it."

Wayne probably did coin the phrase "Use it or loose it", because that
phrase makes no sense. He certainly didn't coin the phrase "Use It
or Lose It" however.
