Could anyone help me to identify station? He said some like Gana
Radio, but he have fine english for african man.

I'm guessing that what was heard was 'Gander Radio', in Newfoundland on the frequency of 5616.

I suspect that what was heard was an international airliner with a
pilot who is a native of Africa or the Caribbean. International
airliners often have pilots who do not have flawless American English.
It is typical American parochialism to assume that every airplane is
flown by an American. I would think that Gander ground would have
Canadian accents, but they deal with pilots from all over the world.

To me, they sound like Irish speaking English.
In the early days of colonization, the Scottish booked
passage to Nova Scotia, but the impoverished Irish
went for the shorter trip from Ireland to Newfoundland.
