Cuba

What happened in Cuba Moday 27 Aug local time that might have silenced
all usual transmissions?

~0330 28 Aug UTC, no sign of anything in SW British Columbia on such
freq. as 5025, 6000, 6180, 9550, 9600, 11760 though other reception
seems normal.

Did Granma Fidel and Uncle Raul forget to pay ConEd's bill grin?
