According to a certain somebody from this newsgroup, a category three in
New York would equal a category (hurricane) five down South.(South is
always best) That Numbskull does not believe there is a Earthquake Fault
Zone under New York City either.There IS!

I don't think it works that way, Larry. A category is a category, no matter
where one might be.
