LYQ beacon testing again tonight 529 KHZ
Greetings:
LYQ beacon is testing on 529 KHZ ( just below am dial ; If you tune your car radio to 530 AM you should be able to hear it!! you will hear the Morse code LYQ over and over again Please give it a try when it's dark in your area and post a signal report here thanks!!! |

Here in central Kentucky, say Lexington, there is a very weak 1KHz het underneath a French speaking female and some Spanish Music on 530KHz. Antenna, Lankford "15' Relay Tuned Vertical", a Kiwa Low Pass (MW reject) filter and an R2000 with a 1.8KHz InRad crystal filter in the SSB chain. Terry |
