1 - In 2004/6 the Voters wanted a Change and kicked the
Republicans out of Control of both Houses of Congress.

2 - The Democrats that are now in Control of Congress are
un-liked by the Voters more than President Bush.

3 - The Voters are Anti-Bush and therefore 'potentially'
Anti Any Republican Presidential Candidate in 2008.

4 - The only real 'issue' that the Republicans in Congress
have to run on in 2008 is : "We Are Not The DO NOTHING
Democrats In Control Of Congress Who Have Acomplished
Nothing In The Last Four Years."

5 - Followed By The Concept of REVERSE "Coat-Tails"

-but- First the Concept of "Coat-Tails" : Meaning that a Strong
Presidential Candidate can Carry-a-Long their Party Members
in to Congress. = "A Rising Tide Lifts All Ships"
