is anyone hearing the B07 Voice of Russia frequencies clearly?

is anyone hearing the B07 Voice of Russia frequencies clearly? my
reception is terrible here in Los Angeles. you'd think, with all
their transmitters, the Russkies could get a decent signal over here,
as their Chinese comrades do on CRI.
