To Recover the Costs of Providing Services to Illegal Alien

Never thought of billinng the other nations. Just how exactly would
you propose we collect on the funds?? Especially since we can't even
find most of the undocumented people?? But that idea should
definitely help reduce the national debt. Good luck implementing it.
