You need to look again. There's a 300 ms differential. That's a
lifetime for some particles.

leap minute? Memory just isn't what it used to be (was it ever?).

We're off the same as we were in 1999 and more than we were in 1994.
The last correction was plus 300 ms; obviously someone thinks that's an
acceptable deviation.
