Changing transmission time? Have they been playing around with the speed
of light and radio waves yet again?

Why, I remember back in 2020, when they first revealed the ability to
produce waves traveling at greater speeds than light. It appears
President Bush approved funding in 2012 with complete support of the
National Security Council, Congress and the Senate having been
eliminated two years previously.
