Future of SW station CKZU [6160 kHz](Vancouver)
Hi Glenn,
Just received this e-mail: Hello Ron: The future of CKZU [6160 kHz] is currently being evaluated. There is a distinct possibility that the operation could close. However a final decision has yet to be made, and will depend in part on whether the FM application is approved and the new service is implemented. At this point a "wait and see" approach is best. Thank you again. Kim Belle CBC Audience Relations (Ron Howard, Monterey, CA, Jan 9, dxldyg via DX LISTENING DIGEST) ================================= [ ] mine dxAce Michigan USA |

Howdy,
Would you know if the wire antenna atop the CBC building (in Vancouver) is the one they use for transmitting (HF), or just a monitor? I've always wondered HI HI ...They're a great prop check here on the west coast. Thanks. 73, Guy - W6MSU "dxAce" wrote in message ...
