Brian Hill's immaculate receivers

Brian Hill,

The photos of receivers on your website show immaculate
chassis, transformer iron, mounting hardware, etc. In
my experience, it is nearly impossible to clean up an
old rig to the levels I see there. Did you break down
these radios, depopulate the chassis, restore or replace
the metal and then reassemble/rewire?

Michael

Really. I bought one of the $225 ones from Circus City... this was a month
ago, and I'm still waiting for delivery. I hate places that will only ship
to APO's via Parcel Post (but I suppose that's better than not shipping to
them at all, like much of the electronics and such from Amazon). Wish it
would get here. I'm anxious to try it out.
