OK, then it's probably either 6040 that you were (or are) hearing as I see that
the R75 uses a 450 kHz IF in AM mode (455 in sideband) in which case you were
probably hearing 6050 That would be 6050 + 2 X 450 kHz IF freq. = 6950. In which
case it would be China, PBS Xizang in Mandarin.
