No copy in No. MN at 0600Z but codar on 4800 kHz is S5 or so.

I've got that 4.8MHz signal too. It reads s5, but there is
considerable background noise on it. Also, I use an amplified antenna,
so S readings aren't all that significant.

The 5.23MHz sweep skips a beat once in a while. Perhaps this is for
synchronization.

around 5230 kHz and extending from 5215 kHz with a
Sharp Chirp to 5250 kHz also with Sharp Chirp @ 09:00 UTC
- - - Strongest Sound and Signal indication near 5235 kHz
S-Meter : S3.5 ~ S8 Peak [Grundig Satellit 800 Radio]

NOTE - Using the Icom IC-R75 Receiver in the "FM" Mode
generally confirms some sort of a Frequency Sweep Signal
across 35 kHz versus Broad Band Signal Overload.

Thanks for the wiki. Now I know where Twain Harte is located. You
probably get better SW reception than I do since your noise floor is
lower.

Yeah, these codar signals are quite wide. Certainly wider than my
widest filter (9kHz).
