skedjuled to lift off in just three weeks.Accordion to what a woman said

At around 10:40 PM this evening, just as doggy was taking me out in the
front yard, I looked toward the East.Looked to me like a part of a
bottom quarter of the Moon.But, some big white clouds were sliding
across the Moon too.That's all I saw of the Moon's Eclipse this evening.

The 20 FEB 2008 Lunar Eclipse an Eye Ball Report :

First we had Clouds Overcast and could not see the
Moon; let along the any Stars in the Night Sky.

Plus the position of the Moon at 7 PM PST was still
down below the Tree Tops.

But from 6:30 ~ 7:30 PM PST we could slowly see the
amount of Moon Glow coming through the Clouds
slowly decreasing and then slowly increasing.

Presently at Midnight PST the Moon is directly overhead
and brightly shining through thin Clouds with a Halo; and
there are many Stars in the Sky.

There is no such thing as 12:00 PM. You can have 12:00 Noon or 12:00
Midnight.
