want to buy wireless earbud

I ordered a wi fi wireless internet radio and am now looking for a
single wireless earbud to wear when I go to sleep. Is there such a
two part unit that could be plugged into the speakerphone outlet on
the radio and transmit to the wireless earbud.

Malibu Ron,

One option would be to buy a low cost BlueTooth Transmitter
like the "Jabra A210 BlueTooth Transmitter" or Jabra A120s
Bluetooth Music Adaptor and use it with any BlueTooth EarBud
or BlueTooth EarPhones of your choice.

It used to be the easiest way to build morse code speed was
leave your S-38 tuned to NSS all night, sending code groups.

This probably doesn't work anymore.

....pretty hopeful of you to expect the S-38 to stay on frequency for
even a half an hour, much less all night. :-)

Seems to me I remember some station (I thought it was NSS, but histories
suggest I was mistaken) used to transmit AP and UPI news stories via Morse,
making for good practice *and* easy verification of accurate copy. I used
to really surprise my dad, a news junkie, by coming up with stories that
he hadn't heard yet but would hear in an hour or two.

- Do the wireless transmitters broadcast AM and FM radio

Malibu Ron,

The Wireless Transmitters accept just about any type
of Audio Input and Transmit that Audio to the Wireless
EarBuds, EarPhones, or HeadPhones.

-IF- That Audio Input is the Audio from an AM/FM Radio :
Then the Wireless Transmitter 'broadcasts' that Audio
using it's own type of Broadcast Technology; whatever
it may be.

The Wireless Transmitters do not 'broadcast' the actual
AM or FM Radio Signals -unless- They themselves are
AM or FM Wireless Transmitters like the C. Crane Co.
"Digital FM Transmitter" which itself is a small low
powered FM Radio Transmitter.

Do you really want to have an earbud playing in your ear while
sleeping? *I ask for a couple of reasons.

1. *A ccouple of safety issues. *You probably will not hear the
telephone ringing. A fire alarm may not be audible.
2. *Watch out for hearing damage from long term exposure to high sound
levels.
3. *Assuming you use an ear bud during the day too, the idea of
wearing an earbud just sounds uncomfortable.

My radio tunes off in 30 minutes.

Still the devices will be in your ears, so the issues involving safety
as well as protracted time in your ears remains.
