Senior Day @ The Gym (old farts)
We about have the music thing worked out, Monday is Jazz day (Monk on Monk, Monk Around the World), Wednesday is Old Time Favorites (My Prayer, Don't Be Cruel and You, You, You) and Fridays are Sousa Marches. Great workout today it was Shoulders Day and I did about 10 angles plus Wrist Curls. One Trisets and two Supersets. I am sore and will be sorer tomorrow, this was the first day on this new workout and I will pay for it tomorrow. Newest gym gear for the old guys. Orthopedic Gym Shoes Arch supports for the fallen arches. Elastic socks for the ankles. Knee warps with side supports. Athletic supports for the "one hung low" syndrome. Waist Belt for the pour old back. Elbow wraps, wrist wraps and wrist strips. Mouthpiece to keep from grinding false teeth. Trifocals for reading large printed workout sheet. Sweat band to keep sweat off Trifocals. Sweat towel with print for route home. And, always workout with a good buddy to help you up off the bench and to tie shoes. Looking forward to Monday's workout if I'm having a good day or Wednesday if not. Burr |
