Just how old is this 'guide'?

It would be more suited for a seance than the radio desk.

The frequency is actually shown as 4774, with 4775 being shared by
Brazil, India, Peru and Swaziland

Something tells me it's not 2001 any more. I still like Gahan Wilson's
artwork.
