It sounded like a Chinese Opera Music.

Strong Signal : S9 ~ S9+10dB with Good Audio.

Listened for about 10 Minutes just heard Music.

Checked EiBi and other sources : No (0) Results

10250 is most certainly the Chinese music jammer against Sound of Hope and 5370
is most likely the same.

10250 is most certainly the Chinese music jammer against Sound of Hope and 5370
is most likely the same.

Check 11765 if you can between say 16 and 1700 and see what you hear. Propagation
doesn't seem to good here at the moment, but from your end you might hear the
jammer. Please check.

I will try and check 11765 kHz around 16~17 Hundred.
