Hopefully, at some point the British will give up their tenuous claim to the Malvinas and give them back to Argentina. |

Hopefully, at some point you'll give up your tenuous claim to being Hispanic and return to reality, boy. |

Dang d'Eduardo you are becoming 'predictable'. ~ RHF -ps- The British found them first 1592/1690 and the French settled them in 1764 and then Spain in 1766; and has been a British since 1833 with around 3000 British Citizens living there today. {No Argentines} http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falkland_Islands --pps-- It Ain't about the Islands : It's about the 200 Mile 'exclusive' Fishing Zone and the more important 200 Mile Oil Exploration Zone. http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/CIA_Wo...as_Malvinas%29 |

I saved none of them, unfortunately. Is it possible for you to copy them if you find them? If they're here I can make a CD or cassette recording and ship it out. If they're in Ontario, it'll take me much longer to get my hands on them (probably not until late summer/early fall rolls around). |

And, if you might have copies of 'Calling The Falklands' via the BBC or any other material I'd be interested. Unfortunately, I didn't make any copies of the BBC 'Calling the Falklands' though I certainly listened to the program quite frequently. At that time, I was much more into taping clandestine and pirate stations and not into taping the "big guns". As a side note, I had an opportunity to go onboard HMS Sheffield when they made a port visit to Norfolk, it was sunk during the course of the war. At that time, the brother-in-law of a shipmate was onboard Sheffield, but as far as I know he was not there during the war. JB |
