Hearing comms on 6703 and 5381 USB at 0905. Most likely tracking nets associated
with an exercise being conducted by USS Roosevelt.

What is going on, where is the Roosevelt?

I would guess that they're out in the Atlantic off the coast of Florida, or at
least in that area.
