Finmeccanica to acquire DRS Technologies

Finmeccanica, parent company of Selex Communications, is to acquire
DRS technologies in a USD5.2 billion deal.

DRS Technologies, as some of you will know, bought Watkins Johnson's
military segments in the previous decade, and DRS continues to
manufacture various WJ-series HF receivers.
