automatically make him qualified to be the CEO of the USA. "Commander
in Chief" is a ceremonial title. No modern president (and only a couple
of historical ones) has ever commanded anything other than a general
plan. When POTUS does try to be commander guy, disaster ensues.

The president is a delegator, not a control freak. McCain is a nutjob.
