SPECIAL: To BP Jensen
My point with Coohoo is long forgotten and I accidently erased your msg.
I will reply from home on a much bigger computer. I think I meant that we don't get copious amounts of water when we have thunderstorms (which I haven't seen since I was in Dallas a few years ago.) I need to get into a special frame of mind when talking to doggie's couch. |

I understand - T-Storms at lower elevations here in CA can be fairly dry, due to many factors. Still plenty of electrical discharge, though - although not like I remember from the Texas-OK area, or especially New England, where some of the most electrically potent storms occur. I recall more than a few storms where the lightning flashed at a staccato rate for upwards of an hour, not just in-cloud, but powerful and terrifying Cloud-Ground discharges that would rattle the foundations. It was wonderful! :-) Bruce Jensen |
