I don't abuse myself with anything. I have chronic back pain and do not
take NSAIDS, corticosteroids, opioid analgesics, etc. Most of the the
time I just live with it, but at night and on weekends I might smoke a
little weed, for some temporary relief. This is with the consent of my
primary care physician and under the authority of California law.

At the moment I am waiting for the caffeine to kick in, and am otherwise
drug free.
