The trucking industry banned the use of 'bennies' years ago, but the
usage is still common. It causes lots of accidents.

It's use can lead to irrational behaviour and makes it easier to commit
war crimes without having your conscience bother you. It takes a morally
bankrupt government to sanction drug abuse among the troops.
