You blind-faith righties have a very distorted perspective.
No, what's distorted is that most media outlets tried to portray the
situation as
200,000 folks showing up to see Hussein, when in reality they showed
up for the
music, food and beer. Hussein was merely a sideshow act.
Sure. The chants of "Obama! Obama!" were mistaken mis-translations of
"Free Beer!" and "food"!

You just keep drinking the lies and Kool-aid. In November, when the
real Americans toss these right-wing
nutcases out of the Senate, House, and probably White House, will you
revisit your opinion that the enthusiasm
about Obama is about free beer and rock bands?

No. You are incapable of dealing with empirical evidence or facts.
So of course you won't.

Ok...consider this...Someone who's not even been nominated, goes to
Germany, where US politicians are not highly regarded, shows up for a
campaign speech and spontaneously draws 200,000 people, most of whom
do NOT speak the language.

Yeah...I'm incapable of dealing with facts. Keep going.

Most Germans speak English (which is a form of German, BTW).

The link between English and old high German faded centuries ago,
btw.

And MOST Germans do not speak English. Some. Even many. But MOST,
no. And certainly not enough to follow the idiomatic constructions
of a poltical speech from someone who isn't even a candidate.

And certainly not in the kind of numbers represented by this
crowd. Obama can't pull these numbers from his own state.

He certainly drew some good numbers in Rezko's lottery!

No ****.

He's from Kansas.
Bad news, sweetheart...his $1Megabuck+ home is in Hyde Park, a

convicted
racketeer Tony Resko.
That makes him a Chicago boy down to the soles of his

Something else that may have eluded your grasp: He's Senator from
Illinois...
Illinois is not in Kansas.
You must have gone to public school.
Maybe Rickets was momentarily lost in The Land of Oz!
Smoked the Straw Man.

Whereas McCain's latest slips about what nations border what, and
gross misunderstandings about when the Anbar Awakening happened, those
are
not straw men.

Having an Alzheimer's patient for President is not a good idea.
McCain is not qualified anymore for the job because he's too old and
losing it.

Obama is the best man for the job, obviously.

Yes. His 143 days of Senate experience have me convinced.

The government and the military are supposed to be staffed by
part-timers. How much experience did A. Lincoln have in 1860?

It wouldn't be an issue if Obama himself didn't make an issue of out
of his 'experience.'

He's claiming more than he has.

He's claiming superior judgment regarding the bogus war. I've heard
nothing beyond that. Regarding the utter failure of government, the
less experience the better. Being POTUS is a "big picture" job; he
hires department heads and sets the tone.

Every time you mention Rezko I'm going to mention Don Bolles (the
investigative reporter that Cindy McCain's gangster buddies had offed).

John McCain did even better than that.

He cheated on his first wife, Carol, who was back home in Arizona

His first wife had loyally waited for him while he was a POW. He
returned that loyalty by dumping her for Cindy after Carola had become
disfigured and crippled in an automobile accident.

McCain is a paragon of family values.

The escort services in Minneapolis are increasing their staffing for
Labor Day week. I wonder where they expect to find the additional
customers.
