Certainly worthy of consideration. I don't know any SWL listeners who
bought one though. I rejected it because it does not have a spectrum
scope. Nearly all my mates have gone to SDR's.

I have used the K3 on SW and find it excellent.
The spectrum scope is on Wayne's list of accessories to be developed.
Until then, Larry has a nice computer assisted spectrum scope for the K3:

I don't see any other receivers in its class. With the 10W module, it's
under $1400.
