When you promote a grotesque program like Governor Sarah Palin’s
Alaska wolf slaughter, you can expect gruesome results.

A startling example: In June, after gunning down 14 adult wolves from
a helicopter, officials from Governor Palin’s Department of Fish and
Game rounded up 14 orphaned wolf pups and methodically shot each one
in the head in clear violation of a state law.

State law prohibits the targeting of pups -- a practice known as
denning. Maybe that’s why Palin’s officials tried to cover it up,
making no mention of the brutal pup executions in the state’s June
30th press release on the killings.[2] To date, none of the officials
involved in the incident has been held accountable.

Governor Palin could be just a heartbeat from the presidency. Do we
want a vice president who champions savagery towards animals?

Something smells of week-old fish in the ACORN thing. There is no way in
hell that even the most corrupt organization is going to turn in 5000 phony
voter registration cards at one time. That would be just too stupid for
words. Either someone did it to discredit ACORN (and from what I've heard,
they don't need the help), or someone is playing an elaborate practical
joke. Either way, there's no way that it can be for real. Think about it..
if you wanted to cheat on your taxes, you wouldn't try to claim $100,000 in
tax credits if you only had $1000 coming... you would claim something like
$1200.. By turning in 5000 bogus registrations, you'd be asking to be
arrested.

I think they may have to postpone the election until they get the mess
worked out.


By the time they get it worked out the price of gas will be down and it
won't cost so much to make three county trip.
