Last evening right around 0000 GMT, I was getting the strangest thing on
this frequency. It sounded like a time signal in that the beeps were 1 second apart, but there were no intevals or any other kind of variation. It was a SSB signal. Without the BFO, it sounded like hitting the bottom of a frying pan with a hammer. With the BFO on, it was a "doink" sound. Any ideas? |
