The "birth certificate" does not exist at the time of birth but is
recorded afterward. Normally recorded within days of the blessed event
but sometimes after a longer delay. The rules change over time and place
but I'm sure this will go right over your head Billy Boy.

someone in my killfile) have I seen anyone mention that the Governer
of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, is a Republican. A Republican backer of
McCain.
So why would she have Obama's birth records sealed?
Because the records contain evidence that she is Obama's older sister.
