Wants every kid in every home to have the opportunity to have internet and
access to a computer.
Look around BOY, it's way beyond the financial budgets of most of the poor.
Obviously he doesn't really understand the limitations of the "truly" poor
not having experienced it himself. Clothing, food and shelter are the
priorities here.
To add to this the world is in a financial crisis.....lack of funds
