QSL (verie, for the retard in Glendale) deliveries may be delayed due to cutback
in mail service:

Given that QSL's or veries (an expression which is very common amongst
Down Under DX'ers) are a "courtesy" and not a service provided "on
demand", why does it matter if the mail delivery within the Excited
States is a tad slower?
