Afternoon SW Logs Feb.18, 2009

Good list, I've never gotten Nigeria or Libya, I'll have to listen at
the same UTC to see if I can get them here.

I had a good list from last night 0500-0600, the usual stuff
though.... One thing weird is Melissa Scott was on her daytime freq of
11775 last night instead of the normal 6090 at night time. Usually
11775 is daytime and always an easy catch unless propagation is real
bad.
