What Happened with WYFR in Florida with Radio Taiwan?

What Happened with WYFR in Florida with Radio Taiwan?

So I go to listen to one of my favorite radio programs, Radio Taiwan
International at 0200 UTC on 5950 kHz as I've been doing for what
seems like forever, and I just get some kind of "woosh woosh woosh "
electronic sound.

I tried my G5, my KA1102, my Sony ICF7600D, my G6 Aviator... all
the same.

Any ideas?
