But Cheney says he doesn't think the Bush administration can be blamed

administration is "interesting rhetoric" but he doesn't think people
care about that.
This, from a fool who cut-n-run by lining his pocket with his company's
Halliburton money and moving it to Saudi Arabia to avoid paying american
taxes.
