Can you imagine if someone on the right had said this! The howling and
outrage you would see in the water-carrying Obamedia would be defening.

Obama's comment was bad but this was worse:

"As you can possibly see, I have an injury myself -- not here at the
hospital, but in combat with a cedar. I eventually won. The cedar gave
me a little scratch. As a matter of fact, the Colonel asked if I needed
first aid when she first saw me. I was able to avoid any major surgical
operations here, but thanks for your compassion, Colonel." --George W.
Bush, after visiting with wounded veterans from the Amputee Care Center
of Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, Jan. 1, 2006

Awww, poor Georgie...a scratch from a cedar. I'm sure that garnered a
lot of sympathy from the folks in the amputee ward. :-(

If that was when he fell off the bike he got banged up pretty good. This
was probably his worst accident. People have gotten killed in this type
of accident and he probably felt that he came close to that.

Thanks for providing an excellent example of taking things out of
context.

You should suffer the same accident someday. Maybe you will wise up.

Ahhh, now I have to provide you with an exercise in reading
comprehension. Where do you see GWB using the word "bike", "bicycle" or
any other variation in the quote? The correct answer is NOWHERE!
However, he does use the word "cedar". GWB directly ties the cedar to
his injury and then brags about it at an amputee care center.

Thank you for providing an excellent example of semi-literacy.

A shame that he couldn't feel their pain - even for a fraction of a
second. Georgie would be reduced to a quivering mass of jelly.

No you don't. I recognized the picture from the time he took the spill
on the mountain bike on a trail ride at his ranch in Texas.

Thank you for providing an excellent example of semi-literacy.

Thank you for being your usual clueless self not asking for an
explanation, instead making poor assumptions, and casting unfounded
divisive BS.

Dammit, John, stop trying to confuse the boy with facts. And anyway,
it's fun to watch him try and tap dance his way out of the corner he
painted himself into.
